The appropriate departments of the City are authorized to furnish to Multnomah County such information as may be pertinent to the application and enforcement of Multnomah County Animal Control Ordinance MCC 8.10 within Wood Village to assure that optimum control and regulation of the various animals concerned therein is maintained so as to promote the maintenance of the peace, health, safety and welfare of the residents and inhabitants of the city and the protection of properties located therein.
