The City Council does further direct that during such time as the application and enforcement of said Multnomah County Animal Control Ordinance (Ordinance 909 as amended to date) is authorized within the city limits of Wood Village, that the provisions of Wood Village Ordinance No. 20 and other City ordinances and regulations dealing with the licensing, regulation and/or control of dogs, exotic, wild or dangerous animals or livestock, which may be in conflict with the said Multnomah County Animal Control Ordinance, are hereby suspended and shall not be in force unless and until such time as this City shall terminate its agreement and understanding with Multnomah County as hereinabove set forth.
