5.24.020 City departments authorized to furnish information to county.

The appropriate departments of the City are authorized to furnish to Multnomah County such information as may be pertinent to the application and enforcement of Multnomah County Occasional Secondhand Dealers and Secondhand Dealers Ordinance (MCC 6.81) within Wood Village to assure that optimum control and regulation of the conduct of secondhand dealers is accomplished.
