In accordance with ORS 190.010 and ORS 206.345 and the intergovernmental agreement between the City of Wood Village and Multnomah County Sheriff's office for law enforcement services as approved annually, the City of Wood Village does authorize Multnomah County, its agents and representatives, to enforce within the city limits of Wood Village, Multnomah County Ordinance No. 647 Section 3, dated March 22, 1990.
