13.16.210 Remedies for industrial user noncompliance.

Whenever the City Manager finds that any industrial user has engaged in conduct which justifies revocation of an industrial waste discharge permit, pursuant to WVMC 13.16.220, the City Manager may obtain remedies for noncompliance by any industrial user as described in the industrial pretreatment enforcement response plan.
