13.16.200 Revocation of industrial waste discharge permit and termination of wastewater treatment service.

The City Manager may revoke the industrial waste discharge permit of any industrial user for any of the following reasons:
A. Failure to factually report the wastewater constituents and characteristics of its discharge;
B. Failure to report significant changes in operations, or wastewater constituents and characteristics;
C. Refusal of reasonable access to the industrial user’s premises for the purpose of inspection or monitoring; or
D. Violation of conditions of its permit. (Ord. 2-2023 § 1 (Att. A), 2023.)
