A. Any charge not paid by the day and date established in the monthly billing calendar as adopted by the City Manager or designated representative shall be delinquent. Delinquent accounts may be collected, water and sewage service discontinued, property liens as appropriate and late penalties imposed in the manner set forth in the City’s water regulation ordinances. All billings for sanitary sewer service shall be made in conjunction with billings for water service and shall be due and payable and become delinquent in the same manner as the water service charges.

B. All monthly service charges not paid in accord with the monthly billing calendar and determined to be delinquent may draw interest as provided by law, or as established by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 2-2013, 2013; Ord. 3-1991 Section 4(e), 5, 1991.)
