If the City approves the application and the fee or fees are paid as herein provided, the City shall thereupon issue a sewer connection permit for the premises covered in said application, in the form prescribed by the City. A copy of said permit then issued shall also be provided the City building department. (Ord. 6-1971 § 4, 1971.)
