Application, system development charges and connection fees required: All applications be accompanied by an application fee in an amount fixed by the City Council by resolution for each unit to which service is desired; the number of units to be determined in the manner hereinafter set forth. If the City approves the application, the applicant for sewer connection and service shall then pay to the City system development charge as determined by reference to WVMC 3.16.
