In addition to, and not in lieu of any other provisions of the PMC, when residential property is found to violate the PMC, the violation is a threat to the public health and safety, and the owner has not acted in a timely manner to correct the violation(s), the Manager may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for the appointment of a receiver to perform an abatement pursuant to the Oregon Housing Receivership Act, provided by ORS 105.420 to 105.455 or as otherwise provided by law.
