When the Manager, Sheriff, or their designee receives a report or reports documenting the occurrence of three or more nuisance activities, defined in Section 8.16.200, on or within three hundred (300) feet of the property during any one hundred eighty (180) consecutive day period, the property may be declared a chronic nuisance and abated pursuant to Section 8.16.250.
