A. Any motion to reconsider the order of the hearings officer or court must be filed within ten days of the original order or it may not be heard.

B. Any aggrieved party, including the City, may appeal a final adverse ruling to the Circuit Court as provided by ORS 34.010 through 34.100. (Ord. 8-1993 § 1(L), 1993.)
