The hearings officer or District Court shall cause notice of the hearing to be given to the respondent(s) either personally or by certified or registered United States mail. The notice shall contain a statement of the time, date and place of the hearing. A copy of the complaint shall be attached to the notice. (Ord. 8-1993 § 1(I), 1993.)
