A. The Wood Village City Council may appoint a hearings officer who shall serve at the will of the City Council. The city may enter into an intergovernmental agreement to share an officer with other jurisdictions.

B. The hearings officer may promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, concerning the conduct of complaint hearings, which shall be subject to Council review for good cause upon written request. (Ord. 8-1993 § 1(G), 1993.)
