Each license issued as herein provided, shall contain the name, residence and place of business of the licensee or permittee; the particular machine or device for which the permit is issued and the amount paid for said permit or license. Each license or permit shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the place of business of said licensee or upon the particular device or machine. No license or permit shall be considered valid unless signed by the Wood Village City Recorder and have the expiration date noted thereon. (Ord. 3-1981 § 8, 1981.)
