The municipal judge pro tempore of the municipal court of the city shall be appointed by and hold office at the pleasure of the Wood Village City Council. The City Council shall be the sole judge of the qualifications necessary for the appointment of such office. The amount and manner of compensation payable for the services of said judge pro tempore shall be provided by the Council. (Ord. 2-1974 § 2, 1974.)
