A responsible attendant, owner or operator shall be in charge at all times to keep the park, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition and any failure on the part of the management and/or licensee to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be sufficient grounds for revocation or suspension of license by the manager.
