A. No person may knowingly make any false statements, representations, or certifications in any application, record, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter.

B. No person may falsify, tamper with or knowingly render any monitoring device or method required under this chapter inaccurate. (Ord. 2-2023 § 1 (Att. A), 2023.)
