A. Permit conditions included in an industrial waste discharge permit shall remain in effect for the permit until it expires, except that the permit conditions may be revised from time to time as the City Manager deems necessary to effectively manage industrial waste discharges. If the permittee wishes to exceed any conditions of its permit, the permittee shall apply for a new permit.

B. After the promulgation of the categorical pretreatment standards, the industrial waste discharge permit of each industrial user subject to the standards shall be revised to require compliance with the standards. The City Manager may amend the industrial waste discharge permit to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. (Ord. 2-2023 § 1 (Att. A), 2023.)
