A. If any sampling by an industrial user indicates a violation of its industrial waste discharge permit or any provision of this chapter, the industrial user shall notify the City Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of becoming aware of the violation. The industrial user shall also repeat the sampling and analysis and submit results of the repeat analysis and corrective actions required to prevent recurrence of the violation to the City Manager within thirty (30) days after becoming aware of the violation.

B. All industrial users shall notify the City Manager prior to any substantial changes in volume or character of pollutants in their discharges, including hazardous wastes.

C. All industrial users shall notify the City Manager, the EPA Regional Waste Management Division Director, and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality in writing of a substance, which if otherwise disposed of, would be a hazardous waste under 40 CFR Part 261.
