Under the Type II procedure, an application is scheduled for public hearing before either the Planning Commission or the Design Review Board. The City Administrator shall notify all property owners within 150 feet of the subject property and any recognized neighborhood organization whose boundaries include the site. For proposals located adjacent to a state or county roadway or where proposals are expected to have an impact on a state or county transportation facility, notice shall also be sent to ODOT or Multnomah County as appropriate.
