The City Administrator shall be responsible for coordination of the land use application and decision-making procedure. The City Administrator shall issue a land use approval for applications and proposed developments that are in compliance with the provisions of this Code. Before issuing the approval, the City Administrator shall be provided with the information required to determine full compliance with the requirements of this Code.
