A. Generally. The City Administrator may approve a property line adjustment without public notice or a public hearing provided that no new lots are created and that the adjusted lots comply with the applicable zone requirements. If the property line adjustment is processed with another development application, all applicable standards of the Code shall apply.

B. Filing Requirements. If a property line adjustment is approved by the City, it does not become final until reviewed and approved by Multnomah County in accordance with its property line adjustment recording requirements.
