A. Generally. The City's requirements for dedication of public lands as per this Code, including road rights-of-way shall apply to partitions. Actual public improvements may not be required at the time of partition, at the Commission's discretion.

B. Dedications Acceptance. The City Administrator shall accept all public dedications by his or her signature on the partition plat prior to filing with the County.

C. Owner Declaration. If a property is being dedicated or donated for public use, the mortgage of trust deed holder of the property shall sign a declaration to that effect on the partition plat, or file an affidavit consenting to the plat.
