Subdivision plats and Land Partitions shall be approved by the Planning Commission in accordance with the provisions of this Code and applicable provisions of State law (ORS 92).

Subdivision and partition approvals by the Planning Commission as herein set forth, shall be subject to formal approval of the preliminary and final plat before they become effective. No partitioning and no subdivision within the City of Wood Village shall become effective or be recorded until such approval by the Planning Commission be granted thereto. A person desiring to subdivide land or desiring to partition land shall submit tentative plans and final documents for approval as provided in this Code and the State law.
