The Soil Constraint Overlay provides for additional review by the Director of Public Works to assure that proper site drainage has been provided in areas which have been determined to have poorly draining soils. The Soil Constraint overlay applies to areas indicated on the Poor Soil map of the City of Wood Village Comprehensive Plan.
