This mixed use zone is specifically designed to encourage convenient living, working and shopping through a well-designed mixture of commercial, residential and employment uses. It is the policy of Wood Village that housing be built as part of the mix of uses within the Town Center and that open spaces and frequent pedestrian connections will be provided. The development standards provide flexibility while ensuring compatibility of adjacent uses. The zone encourages more dense housing within walking distance of commercial areas. (Ord. 3-2021 § 1 (Exh.
