A Rental License issued by the City is transferable to a new owner. The new owner will retain the old license number, transferred to the new owner’s name, if applicable. The Council may establish a Transfer of License fee set by resolution. The receipt of a Transfer of License fee shall be accompanied by a new rental property license application. (Ord. 5-2011, 2011.)
