Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, including the failure to obtain license and/or permit as herein required, or the falsification of information required in the application therefore or the possession or operating of such a device or machine as herein set forth, or any person who shall in any other manner fail to comply with any other requirements or provisions herein set forth commits a civil infraction subject to enforcement pursuant to Chapter 1.06 of the Code (Ord. 4-2006 § 4, 2006; Ord. 3-1981 § 14, 1981.)
