Failure to obtain a license required by Chapter 5.04 is a violation of this Chapter. Any violation of this Chapter is a civil infraction subject to enforcement pursuant to Chapter 1.06 of the Code. (Ord. 4-2006 § 4, 2006; Ord. 9-2003, 2003.)
