15.12.040 Application—Statement of agreement not to damage property.

Any such application as above indicated shall also contain a statement of agreement to the effect that the applicant shall not damage any real or personal property upon, along or adjacent to any street, alley or public way while moving any building and that in case any damage is so caused, that the applicant will pay therefor.
