Complete records shall be kept of all actions of the Design Review Board, including minutes of all formal, executive or other meetings. Records of the Commission shall be kept and maintained at appropriate location within the City Hall and all such records shall be open to Council inspection at all times and may, if appropriate, be audited annually by the city treasurer or auditor.
