Membership of the Wood Village Design Review Board shall consist of the members of the city Planning Commission, who shall serve during their term of office as Planning Commission members. The Board of review shall select from among its members, a chairman who shall be counted to determine a quorum and have a voting right. The City Recorder or the city planning director shall serve as secretary to the Board, and also in an advisory capacity. (Ord. 4-1981 § 4, 1981.)
