For the purposes of this chapter, “retired citizen” shall be defined as any person, resident of the City of Wood Village for a period of at least six months, who is collecting retirement income due to age or disability. (Ord. 4-2005 § 1, 2005; Ord. 3-1973 § 1, 1973.)
