Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter commits a civil infraction subject to enforcement pursuant to Chapter 1.06 of the Code.

A. In addition to penalties provided in Chapter 1.06 of the Code, any discharger releasing materials prohibited under 13.08.130 may be directly charged for the costs of removal and disposal of offending materials, or may be directly billed for costs incurred by City to dispose of deposited material that violate the code.

B. Failure to appropriately maintain grease traps required by this code may result in both the provision of the civil penalties indented in this chapter, and direct billing for the costs incurred by the City to provide for the cleaning and disposal of materials collected in grease traps. C. In Addition to other remedies provided in this code, the City Manager may cause the termination of service for any user that violates the terms of this code by placing a plug in the discharge lines of any user that fails to make payment of charges levied in accord with this code, or discharges materials prohibited by this code.
