The fees hereinabove provided for to be paid by any person, firm or corporation shall be paid to the City and shall be deposited to the appropriate sewer fund of the City, to be used expressly for sewer purposes. (Ord. 8-2017, 2017; Ord. 6-1971 § 16, 1971.)
