Garages, service stations, washracks of any kind, restaurant and food preparation uses, and other uses identified in the plumbing code shall be equipped with suitable grease traps, approved after inspection by the City, before the same may be connected to the sanitary sewer system; such grease traps shall be maintained by the operator of any such establishment in a manner so as to prevent grease, oil or sludge from entering the City sanitary sewer system.
