Reasonable notice shall be given to the City to inspect all sewer connections before their completion and while said connections are still uncovered. All work must be done in accordance with specifications prescribed by the City and subject to the approval of the City sewer inspector. There shall be collected at the time of application for sewer connection permit, a sewer inspection in an amount set by City Council by resolution for each physical connection made into a city sewer line.
