A. The provisions of this chapter shall be diligently enforced by any peace officer, as defined by ORS 133.005(3), as amended, and the City Manager and his authorized representatives.

B. No person shall interfere with any authorized person in carrying out the enforcement of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter. (Ord. 3-2015, 2015; Ord. 3-1995 § 30, 1995.)
