No person shall engage in, promote, instigate, encourage, aid or abet fighting or similar violent conduct which would threaten the physical well-being of the public, use obscene language, make obscene gestures or cause excessive amplified or nonverbal noise. (Ord. 3-1995 § 17, 1995.)
