No person shall hunt, molest, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, shoot or throw missiles at any animals, bird, fish or other living creature or remove or have in possession the young of any wild animal, or the eggs or nest or young of any reptile or bird provided however, designated City employees or contractors are exempted from this prohibition.
