A. A sidewalk within City right-of-way is defined as that part of the street or right-of-way between the curb lines or the lateral lines of a roadway and the adjacent property lines that is intended for the use of pedestrians. (Ord. 7-2007, 2007; Ord. 2-1969 § 1, 1969.)

B. A public pathway within the City right-of-way is defined as any right-of-way so designated for the use of pedestrians that does not meet the definition of a sidewalk.
