10.12.030 Prohibited practices.

No operator shall park and no owner shall allow a vehicle to be parked upon a street or other public property for the principal purpose of:
A. Displaying the vehicle for sale;
B. Repairing or servicing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency;
C. Displaying advertising from the vehicle;
D. Selling merchandise from the vehicle, except when authorized.
E. Sleeping, camping, or living in a vehicle for any period of time unless permitted under Section 8.16.200 regarding recreational vehicles, or unless parked in an authorized rest area. (Ord. 4-2013, 2013; Ord. 2-1988 § 10(3), 1988.)
