No pedestrian shall cross a street other than within a crosswalk in blocks with marked crosswalks or if within one hundred fifty (150) feet of a marked crosswalk. A pedestrian shall cross a street at a right angle, unless crossing within a crosswalk. (Ord. 2-1988 § 12, 1988.)
