Temporary uses are characterized by their short term or seasonal nature and by the fact that permanent improvements are not made to the site. Temporary uses include, but are not limited to: leasing offices, temporary carnivals, neighborhood celebrations and fairs, parking lot sales, retail warehouse sales, and seasonal sales such as Christmas tree sales and vegetable stands. Four (4) types of temporary uses require permit approval identified in Sections 380.030(A), (B) and (C). Food carts and food pods are regulated separately under Section 710.227. (Ord. 4-2020 § 1 (Att. A))
